Sometimes, you may be looking for jobs that are actually in the Internal Workspaces, but do not show up in the dashboard.
You are likely in the "Card View" -- this is like a "current" view
- In the view, the Planned column only shows jobs due in the next 7 days (as indicated by hovering over the i indicator in the column title)
To see all jobs, use the View as: on the right side of the filters and switch to List View. In this view, the "Not Completed" filter shows all jobs that have been set up, but not completed
