Class Tracking is a sub-feature of the Client Hub Uncategorized Expense feature.
About Class Tracking in Client Hub
- Class selection is not required for the client user to submit their response to the Client Task.
- If a Class was already added to the transaction in QuickBooks it will be displayed in the field and can not be edited.
- If the QuickBooks Online account already has class tracking enabled, it will be auto enabled for Client Hub.
- If you have enabled Class Tracking and you do not see the option for class tracking in your transactions go to the Manage Practice page and refresh the connection
