How to close QuickBooks items that were manually updated in QuickBooks

For the QuickBooks Items, QuickBooks does not update the item in Client Hub when it is updated in QuickBooks. The proper workflow is to select the account and close out the item in Client Hub and allow the integration to push the updates back to QuickBooks.

If you have open items in Client Hub that you need to remove you can click on the item line and select delete task from the actions icon (...)
