Understanding the Jobs Dashboard

The jobs dashboard is the perfect place for you and your team to view and manage their daily workload.

The jobs dashboard has 2 views, a card view, and a list view. You can switch between views using the options on the right side of your screen. Clicking on the card or the item in the list view will open the job and allow you to review and start completing tasks, which when clicked on will review the details/instructions for completing that task.

In the card view jobs are sorted into four columns based on their status. The planned column will show jobs scheduled to start within the next seven days. The completed column will only show jobs completed within the last seven days. Overdue items will display the date in red. Dragging and dropping a card from one column to another will automatically update the status of the job.

The list view of the dashboard displays all jobs with the ability to sort by columns and export to a PDF or Excel spreadsheet.

At the top of each view, you will see filter options to create custom views of the dashboards. The filter options are as follows:
User - Admin users can opt to see not only their work but the work assigned to members of their team or the work across everyone on their team

  • Client - select to see the work for a specific client
  • Client Tag - filter to see only the work for clients with a specific tag or set of tags
  • Job Tag - filter to see only the work for jobs with a specific tag or set of tags
