Add Your Firm’s Social Media Links to the Client Portal -

You can personalize your Client Hub portal by adding links to your firm's social media profiles. These links will appear on your client-facing portal so clients can easily connect with your business online.


🔧 How to Add Social Media Links

  1. Go to Settings In the left-hand navigation bar, click the gear icon (⚙️) to open Setup & Settings.
  2. Open Client Portal > Design Under the Client Portal section, click on Design, then select the Social tab at the top of the main panel.
  3. Enter Your Social Media URLs
    • Add your company’s Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter) URLs into the corresponding fields.
    • Example: [https://linkedin.com/company/yourfirm](https://linkedin.com/company/yourfirm)
  4. Preview Your Changes
    • On the right, you'll see a live preview showing how the social icons will appear on the client portal.
  5. Save Your Parameters
    • Click the Save Parameters button to publish the links.

🔍 What Clients Will See

Your added social icons will display on the portal, allowing clients to quickly access your firm's social pages with a single click.
