Pinned Messages

One of the pieces of feedback we received from our customers was that as Conversations get longer, it was sometimes easy to lose important messages.  In fact, that's a problem with cluttered email boxes as well. We wanted to solve this in a way that is true to Client Hub -- simple and elegant.

Our new feature "Pinned Messages" is designed to help you and your team track a message in a Conversation that is important.  Here is how it works:

1. You (or anyone on your team) can use the pin icon to "pin" an important message (such as one that needs a follow-up)

2. The message gets highlighted with a Pin icon and also the count of Pinned messages (on the top right of the Conversation Panel) goes up by 1

3. Everyone on your team who has access to the workspace can see the Pinned message -- and when done with it, anyone on the team can remove the Pin

Note: Your clients do not see anything different, as these Pinned Messages are for your team. Clients cannot pin messages -- or see any indication on messages that your team has pinned .
