3 Simple Steps: On-boarding Clients on to Client Hub

We know it's not always easy getting clients to engage with new ideas and technologies but Client Hub is the exception!

We designed Client Hub to make it easy to get your clients onboard. Unlike the hundreds of complicated solutions on the market, the Client Hub workspace is super intuitive. Once your client accept the invites, they can immediately begin using all the features without the need for special client on-boarding or training.

Jump In, the water is fine!

I challenge you to be fearless and take a leap of faith. Our 3 minute, 3 step approach will get you on your way to on-boarding your clients into Client Hub!

Step 1. Add the client company- All you need is their business name.

Step 2. Prepare the Workspace - Add a few apps and resources, 2 to 3 in each category to get started (you can crank up the volume once they are onboard).  **Tip:* Create a Client Task to welcome your client to their new workspace and ask them to take a few minutes to review the items in the Resources area.*

Step 3.  Invite the client user - Go ahead, give it a try! When you invite a client user they will receive an email with the subject:  [your firm name] has invited you to Client Hub (See example below). Once they click on the link and create their own password they will be connected to you and can immediately begin working in their new workspace. If you feel the need to give them a heads up you can use our sample email text to send them in advance of the invitation.
