We highly recommend that all users take advantage of our SMS-based two-factor authentication as an additional measure of security for Client Hub.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
Click on the "..." menu next to your name at the bottom left and select "My Account" and then click the "Setup Two-Factor Authentication" button to set this up.
View Two-Factor Authentication Status
You can see whether a user has enabled two-factor authentication: For internal users, you can find this in the Manage Practice page - Manage Users table. For client users, you can find it in the workspace Client Details tab - Client Users table
