Deleting and Editing Messages in Conversations-

You can delete or edit messages sent by yourself in the Conversations panel of Client Hub.  Messages that have been edited or deleted will display text indicating changes have been made.

1. To Edit
   1. Hover over the message you sent
   2. Click the actions icon (...) to the left of the message
   3. Select Edit
   4. Edit the message
   5. Click Save
2. To Delete
   1. Hover over the message you sent
   2. Click the actions icon (...) to the left of the message
   3. Select Delete
