Pinning messages in Conversations

The Pin option in messages allows accountant users to track messages that you may want to take further action on. This includes the options to Pin messages, filter the messages by pinned items, and mark the pinned items as completed once the issue is resolved.

How to use the Pin option:
  1. Mouse over the message and the icons will display
  2. Click the pin icon one time and the pin will change from gray to red indicating this is a to-do item.
  3. To mark the pinned item as complete, click the pin again and it will change from red to green.
  4. To view, the pinned items use the Filter icon at the top of the panel and select the desired filter option
