The new Pinned Panel in the Internal Workspace makes it easy for you and your team to keep all the important items in Client Hub together in a single list. Practice Users have the option to pin the following items:
- Client Tasks
- Messages in Conversations
- Emails
- Jobs
- Client Notes
When an item is pinned, it will appear in the Pinned Panel for all practice users who have access to the workspace. The pin will be displayed as red in the item. To mark the pinned item as complete, click the pin again and it will be displayed as green. Want to remove an item from the panel? Click the green pin and the item will be removed from the panel.
