Organizing your jobs by tags

You may want to organize the jobs in your firm in various ways. For example:

  • By the kind of service that the job relates to -- set up a tag for each kind of service

Client Hub's tags feature is a very flexible way to do all this.  To start, an administrator can set up your firm's tag list in the Manage Practice area.
Then,

  • Add tag(s) to each job (using the + button next to the Repeat option) in the job panel
  • In the jobs dashboard, you can filter the jobs that have a certain tag
