If a client is having issues logging in, please refer to the following steps:
- Double-check that they are using the same email address to log in as what you used when you invited them to Client Hub -- you can get the email address in the Client Users list in the "Client Details" tab of their company workspace
- If they have forgotten their password, then they should go to the Client Hub login page, https://clienthub.app/#/login, and enter their email address then click the Forgot Password Link. An email will be sent to them with a link to log in to create a new password.
- If this still does not work, please start a support ticket and send us the client user's email address
