If you or your client see that a page hangs while loading in Client Hub, it is most likely an issue of browsers not communicating with the Client Hub web servers. Try these steps to resolve this -
- Use a Supported Browser - Client Hub works best on Google Chrome and is also supported on Firefox and Microsoft Edge. We do not recommend using other browsers with Client Hub
- If a page is still not displayed correctly or is not loading, perform a hard refresh of the tab (Crtl+F5 or Crtl+Shift+R in most browsers)
- If that doesn't work, try logging in from an Incognito / Private Window - This will avoid any issues from browser cache or cookies interfering. If this works, you can clear your cache in your regular browser window - How to Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
