What if a client is having issues logging in?

If a client is having issues logging in, please refer to the following steps:

  1. Double-check that they are using the same email address to log in as what you used when you invited them to Client Hub -- you can get the email address in the Client Users list in the "Client Details" tab of their company workspace 
  2. If they have forgotten their password, then they should go to the Client Hub login page, https://clienthub.app/#/login, and enter their email address then click the Forgot Password Link. An email will be sent to them with a link to log in to create a new password.
  3. If this still does not work, please start a support ticket and send us the client user's email address
