Client Hub sends a standard message when you invite client users. You can customize the experience by creating your own default client invite message, to give the email invite a familiar look and feel and to provide your clients with more information about how you will use Client Hub to take client experience to the next level.
- Go to Templates on the left navigation
- Click on the Default Workspace tab at the top of the page
- Enter your desired text in the box and click the Save button
Each time your invite a client user, the invite email will include your own personal text.
