How to create a Job Template

Job Templates allow you to create templates for common services that you offer your clients. Job templates can include internal tasks as well as client tasks.
Once a job template is created, it can be used to create a job for any client.

You can create a template for your firm by starting from one of our many useful Client Hub templates by:

  • Go to Templates menu on the left navigation
  • Click the Client Hub Templates Tab within the Templates area
  • Choose a template that is similar to the job for which you wish to create a template and click it to see the template details on the right
  • At the right of to the template Title is a "..." menu.  Click that menu to open the "Job Actions" menu
  • Choose "Add to My Templates"





Or you can create a template for your firm from scratch by:

  • Go to Templates menu on the left navigation
  • Stay on the Job Templates Tab
  • You can then either use our AI-based Magic Workflow to fill in tasks and task details.  Just click the Magic Wand icon next to the title "Job Templates" 
  • Or you can add individual tasks to the template 
    • Click the add (+) button
    • Insert a title for your template as Job Title
    • Add tasks and client tasks (the template will be auto saved with each change) one by one by clicking "+ Task" or "+ Client Task" in the Tasks area
