At this time Client Hub does not have a Jobs Template feature but you can use this simple idea to create your own library of templates:
- Create a workspace named ZTemplates (the Z will make it the last name on your client list)
- Create your Jobs - You can add both Client Tasks and Internal Tasks as well as the task details
- Do not turn on the Repeat or Autopilot option
- Mark the status as Complete (so the Job template does not clutter your Jobs Dashboard)
When you are ready to use the template
- Go to the ZTemplates Internal Workspace and click on the Completed tab in the Jobs list
- Select the Job you want to duplicate then click the ellipsis (…) in the upper right corner and select Duplicate
- Select the Workspace you want to copy the job to
- You can make updates or edits and include repeating rules & autopilot
