How can I attach an email to a task in a Job?

To preserve the integrity of our security, Client Hub does not integrate with email. If you receive an email and need to reference it in an internal Job task, use the ideas below:

  • If the message was sent to your email address and you are the one that needs to reference it in a Job, open the email in your email client and copy the URL then paste it into the task details. When you click the link it will open the email message in a new browser window.
  • If others need access to the content of the email, grab a screenshot and paste it into the task details box
