To make it easier for your team and client users (and staff) to access their Client Hub workspace you can provide them the instruction below to guide them on how to make Client Hub their start-up page for their browser.
This provides ease of access for all their communications, client tasks (Client Tasks), and apps and resources.
When setting up start up pages, your browser will automatically open the page or set of pages indicated. Keep in mind, the more pages the browser has to load, the longer it will take.
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings (3 stacked dots).
- Under "On startup," select “Open a specific page or set up pages
- Click the Add a new page” link ad add https://clienthub.app/#/login as the site UR then click the Add button.
When launching the browser, the selected pages will automatically open the page or set of pages indicated.
Firefox
- On your computer, open Firefox.
- At the top right, click Menu (3 stacked lines) and select "Options"
- Select "Home" from the left menu
- Under "Homepage and new windows" select Custom URLs
- Paste https://clienthub.app/#/login in the open box
Safari (Mac)
- On your computer open Safari > Preferences, then click General.
- In the Homepage field, enter https://clienthub.app/#/login
- Choose when your homepage is shown.
- Open new windows with your homepage: Click the “New windows open with” pop-up menu, then choose Homepage.
- Open new tabs with your homepage: Click the “New tabs open with” pop-up menu, then choose Homepage.
