Client Hub syncs with your email system's inbox to help you easily manage client emails and take actions on them in Client Hub, as explained below.
- Share email with your team - Add client-related emails to an Internal Workspace for your team to access and always have as a reference (this is automatically done if the email is from a client user in that workspace)
- Create a Job from the email - Assign it to yourself or a member of your team (the Job contains a link to the email thread)
- Pin emails - As a reminder to respond, and tag someone in the firm for that pin
- Summarize Threads - With a single click, summarize email threads to show key takeaways, action items , and important highlights.
- Magic Replies - Let our AI-enabled tool do the heavy lifting of drafting replies to your emails.
We also sync some key actions back to your email service:
- When you Mark as Done in Client Hub, the item is archived in Gmail / Outlook
- When you move to Trash in Client Hub, the items are deleted in Gmail / Outlook
Note: At this point, some actions are not fully synced from outside Client Hub. When you mark items as archived outside Client Hub, they may not archive automatically in Client Hub. Also, managing non-client-related items in your email system is easier, since it has all email features that Client Hub is not designed to solve, such as bulk action capability.
