How the Email Integration works

Client Hub is a two-way sync with your email system's inbox. Our email integration is not designed to replace your primary inbox but to allow you to take actions in Client Hub for emails related to your clients, such as:

* Share the email in an Internal Workspace for your team to access (clients do not have access)
* Pin emails as a reminder to respond
* Create a Job from the email and assign it to yourself or a member of your team (the Job contains a link to the email thread)

Managing non-client-related items in your email system is easier since it has bulk action capability.

* When you Mark as Read in Client Hub, the item is archived in Outlook (and vice versa)
* When you Move to Trash in Client Hub, the items is deleted in Outlook (and vice versa)
