Key Actions with Email in Client Hub

There are 3 key actions that you can take on Email threads in Client Hub.  Here are the effects of these actions:

  • Mark as Done
    • This will remove the email from the email list in the inbox 
    • It will remain in the email panels of any internal workspaces that the email is associated with
    • In Google, this will archive the email.  In MSFT, the archive feature is not working right now, but we are working on it 
  • Pin 
    • This will put the an email in the Pinned panel of the internal workspace 
    • This will also put the email in the Email panel of the internal workspace
  • Create job 
    • This will create a job in the Internal Workspace
    • This will also put the email in the Email panel of the internal workspace
