User logins are associated with their email address. When an email address for a client user needs to be updated, follow the instructions below.
- Ask the client to log out of Client Hub on both mobile and the browser (from their profile, not just closing the browser tab)
- Once they confirm they are logged out, remove the client user from the Client Hub workspace - Click on the more link in the client details line, then click the actions icon (...) at the top of the details panel and select Remove
- Once the user is removed, Invite the client as a new user with a new email address
- The client can accept the new invite in the browser, and then log in with the new email address on the mobile.
