User notifications in a nutshell 🥜

Email and Mobile Notifications: To avoid sending a lot of email notifications that will annoy users, we have two principles:

1. Notification are sent for "unread" activity. If the use has the workspace open, the status of messages are marked as read in the back end and no notifications are sent. Similarly, we send out notifications to users when there is unread "notification bell" activity (new or updated client tasks, jobs, comments etc.) in Client Hub.

2. Batching notifications: These emails will go out in a job that runs every 15 minutes and include a summary of all activity during that 15 minute period.  Users will also receive mobile push notifications in real time if they have the mobile app installed.
