Once your Practice Staff member has accepted the invitation to join Client Hub you can select which client accounts they will be able to access
There are 2 options for assigning staff users to client workspaces:
From the Manage Practice Page
- Under the Menu Option in the left navigation, click on Manage Practice
- In the Manage Practice Staff section click the Manage Assignments link associated with the practicing user
- When you click in the row associated with the client a check mark will be placed in the field indicating the user's access.
- Once you have completed the assignments click the Save Change button.
From the Client Details Page
- in the People section click on the Staff tab
- Click the Assign Staff Users button
- Select the Staff member to be assigned to this workspace
- Click the Assign Users button
