Manage (Client) Assignments for Practice Staff

Once your Practice Staff member has accepted the invitation to join Client Hub you can select which client accounts they will be able to access

There are 2 options for assigning staff users to client workspaces:

From the Manage Practice Page
  1. Under the Menu Option in the left navigation, click on Manage Practice
  2. In the Manage Practice Staff section click the Manage Assignments link associated with the practicing user
  3. When you click in the row associated with the client a check mark will be placed in the field indicating the user's access.
  4. Once you have completed the assignments click the Save Change button.
From the Client Details Page
  1. in the People section click on the Staff tab
  2. Click the Assign Staff Users button
  3. Select the Staff member to be assigned to this workspace
  4. Click the Assign Users button
