Internal Workflow management will be included for our Pro subscribers and is being launched as a free preview for all subscribers today for a two-week period.
The capabilities included in this release are:

- Assign owner and track status
- Make a job recurring
- Copy a job to a new client
- Mark job as urgent
- Task Groups and Tasks
- Break down job into task groups, each with a checklist of tasks
- Include task descriptions to help staff complete each task
- Use rich formatting including bullets, numbering, links etc. in task descriptions
- Jobs Dashboard
- Practice-wide view of jobs
- Filter jobs by staff
- Easily drag/drop to update status
- Client Notes -- A rich set of internal notes for each client (that is seen by your team only)
