We have released some important updates to Client Hub this week. Several of these items were based on the feedback that you provided to us in our recent survey -
Key Improvements
- Email notifications will not be sent when you yourself initiate a system bot message (e.g. you create a Client Task) -- this was a key issue brought up in the survey
- When a new client is invited, their default Conversation view is to "hide" system bot messages
- Client names n the Client Task dashboard are now hyperlinks, so you can quickly get back to a workspace to close out items that are no longer open
- Accidentally clicking outside the window when creating a new client task will no longer close the window (and lose your draft)
- An improved set of content for the "Client Onboarding Game Plan"
Features that have been fixed
- Clients now see a "Leave a Review" widget that includes links to review your firm (add these links in the Manage Practice area)
- Clients now see the chosen practice brand color (selected in Manage Practice page) as a stripe on the top of their page
Note: We are also removing the password saving capability for the Apps features. This was seldom used and by removing it, we are able to keep our value of keeping our platform modern and simple for everyone.
Also, you will likely notice that the system performance is markedly faster -- we continue to make important performance updates with each release.
