We have released some great updates to Client Hub this week. These items were all based on the feedback that you provided to us in our recent survey -
New In-Product Notifications System
- We have created a complete notification system for the web app -- notifications appear from the new notification bell on the top of the left panel
- We have added notifications for several events that are in the system
- When files get added to the "Client Shared Folder"
- When a new Client Task is added
- When a client responds to a Client Task
- When a Client Task response is rejected
- When comments are added to a client task
- With these notifications, you can confidently keep the "system bot messages" hidden in the Conversation pane and not miss anything
- This first release of notifications provides a foundation for future improvements including more control on who gets what notifications and also pushing of these new notifications to our out-of-app notification systems including mobile, web push and email notifications
Close Client Task without Answer
- This was another popular -- sometimes an answer to a Client Task is not needed any more and it needs to be closed. Now, you can hover over the right side of an open Client Task card and choose to close it
Features that have been fixed
- The "blue" unread indicators have become much more reliable -- this was the #1 area of feedback from the recent customer survey
- The annoying b' that preceded all mobile notifications has been fixed.
