Our holiday gift to you -- the Client Hub December 2019 release now features the ability for you to manage files and file folders right within Client Hub. It now gives you even more control on how you manage files that are shared internally and with your clients. Now, you can:
- Manage a set of "Client Shared Folders" and a set of "Staff Only Folders" (internal to your team)
- Create folders and save files within these top-level folders
- View these folders and files both in our web app and in our mobile apps
We have also renamed the "Tracked Items' feature to "Client Tasks". This feature is very powerful and this new simpler name is more aligned to staff and clients understanding it intuitively and using it more frequently. .
Clients and accounting staff who use our mobile apps should update to our latest version to work properly with the latest File Manager features in Client Hub
