We have completed a couple of release in the last few weeks that are amazing new capabilities to automate your workflow:
- Autopilot in Jobs: You can now publish client tasks that are at the start of your job (to collect client docs etc.) and these can be automatically published to the client at a set number of days before the job start date
- Client Task Auto-Reminder: You can now set an optional "auto-reminder" when you create and send Client Tasks. The auto-reminder allows you to set a number of days to wait, after which clients are sent a notification every night to remind them to reply to any open client tasks.
We also have made several small enhancements based on customer feedback, including
- Clearer yellow highlight to easily identify text that you have selected in Conversation messages or Client Tasks.
- Better recurrence dialog to make it easier to set recurrences like "every 2 weeks" or "every 3 months"
- Explanation icons on Jobs Dashboard
and several small bug fixes as well
