Tip: Consider adding a link to the video in a "To Do" client task to help your clients get familiar with the new process.
Video Script
Hi and welcome to your new Client Hub workspace. Our firm has implemented this new platform to make it easier for all of us to work collaboratively. Let me give you a quick tour.
The Client Hub workspace is divided into three separate panels, On the left-hand side you see conversations, use this feature to connect with your accounting team to get answers to your questions more quickly without adding additional clutter to your email inbox.
The center panel, client tasks, is your to- do list.
During the process of our work we often need to request documents, ask questions or simply send a reminder. We will create these assigned items to you in this area. It’s important that you respond to the request as indicated in the task, so we can track it. The platform makes it super simple, all you need to do is select a button, attach a file or provide the answer.
If you have questions or want to add more details, you can use the comments feature.
Once you have responded to a client task the status will change to answered. A member of our team will review your answers and once we are satisfied, we will mark the item as closed and it will be removed from your list of open items.
If you do not have an active Client Hub session open, an email digest of all conversations and client tasks will be sent in approximately 20 minutes prompting you to log in to your workspace to review and respond.
If you are using the Client Hub mobile app a push notification will be sent to your mobile device.
The Links panel on the far right is designed to make it easier for you to engage with your cloud-based applications and access self-serve resources.
The apps section offers shortcuts for you to access your web-based applications.
Resources is a self-serve area, making it easy for you to access commonly used forms, procedure, training materials and more.
