Manage the default client invite email template

Client Hub sends a standard message when you invite client users. You can customize the experience by creating your own default client invite message, to give the email invite a familiar look and feel and to provide your clients with more information about how you will use Client Hub to take client experience to the next level.

  • Go to Setup & Settings on the left navigation
  • Click Invite Message in the Client Portal section
  • Make any changes you want to customize the message then click theĀ Save button (DO NOT add link or images to the message)

Each time you invite a client user, the invite email will include your text.
