Inviting Client Users

You can invite Client Users for each client company workspace in your Client Hub account. Client Users will have access to the company's apps and resources in Client Hub.

  1. Select the Client Details tab under the company name in the Client Workspace
  2. Click the Add Client User button
  3. You can choose to add a new user or invite a user from another workspace
  4. To invite a new users name and email address then click the Invite Client User button. The client will automatically receive a welcome email that contains a link to login and create a password.
  5. This invite will be added to the table of client users with a "Pending" status (you may have to Refresh F5 to see it right away)

Note: If the client user does not receive the invite or you want to send a personal message to invite them, click the Copy Invite link next to the pending invite and copy into a personal email.Keep in mind, each invite link is unique to the user and should not be sent to anyone else.
