How to cancel your Client Hub account

Master Admin users (person that originally created the account) can cancel your account from the Subscription section of the Manage Practice page. The cancellation will be effective the last day of your current billing period.

When you cancel your account:

  • We will stop billing your credit card account.
  • Your staff and client users will not longer have access to the data
  • We will stop sending you email notifications.
  • Before your cancellation is complete, we strongly recommend downloading any files from the File Manager and copy and paste the conversations thread (Show System Bot messages) to a Microsoft Word or Google document for future reference.
