Assign Job to Multiple Users

An internal Job can be assigned to multiple user by using the Task Group option. When users are assigned at the Group level, and all tasks in a group have been completed, the user will be prompted to reassign the job to the next assignee. If the tasks in a group can not be completed, users can manually assign the job to the assignee for the next Group. For repeat jobs, once the job is completed, the next job will be assigned to the Job owner as defined in the repeat settings.

  • When creating a Job, Assign the Job to the user that will be assigned to the first Task Group (this will be the Job owner)
  • Next to the Group Title, select the name of the user to assign the group of tasks to
  • Add the tasks and/or client tasks to the first group
  • To assign tasks to a new user, create a new task group (+Group) and assign the new user at the group level
  • For repeat jobs, Client Hub will default the job owner to the job assignee (recommended)
