You may want to organize clients in various ways:
- By a team member (like a manager) who handles a set of clients -- set up a tag for each manager
- By the kind of services that you provide for clients - set up a tag for each type of service
Client Hub's tags feature is a very flexible way to do all this. To start, an administrator can set up your firm's tag list in the Manage Practice area.
Then,
- Add tag(s) to each client in the Client Details tab
- Use the filter icon in the client list panel to see clients with a tag
