We just finished tax season here in the US. And it's been a very busy one for many of you.
Given that, we at the Client Hub product team spent the last few months introducing updates that are less visible and not as disruptive to you or your clients. We have fixed several bugs, as well as up-leveled our security features, including introducing Two-Factor Authentication and enabling you to manage all your sessions (Devices, IP addresses etc.). With Client Hub, we want you to never have to worry about the security of the data within your firm or even the data shared with your clients.
Client Hub 3.0
Today, we introduce Client Hub 3.0 -- a huge update in experience for your team and your clients
- New Experience updates
- Client Workspace: The big change that we introduce today is that we have moved Client Tasks to the first panel and moved Conversations to the second panel. With this change, we put the focus on what you have told us is the key to your workflow: to get what you need from clients quickly
- New Navigation icons and longer client list: We have moved the navigation menu from below the client list to its own section on the left, giving easier access to these. This also gives us a big win in terms of having more client workspaces visible in the list, making for less scrolling and faster access
- Combined Dashboard menu with both the Jobs Dashboard and Client Task Dashboard within it
- Tagging: There are many, many times that we heard that you would like: (a) a way to organize your clients -- may be based on type of client or which team works on a client etc. and (b) ways to organize your jobs -- may be by type of job etc. With the tagging feature, we now enable all this in a very flexible way. Our new tags feature allows you to:
- Create and Maintain a list of tags (in the Manage Practice area)
- Assign tags to client workspaces and filter the client workspace list by tag
- Assign tags to jobs and be able to filter jobs in the Jobs Dashboard by either client workspace tags and/or job tags
