We've released a much-requested feature: Two-factor Authentication. (2FA). You now have the option to add another layer of security at login via an SMS message code.
EnablingTwo-Factor Authentication
Click on the "..." menu next to your name at the bottom left and select "My Account" and then click the "Setup Two-Factor Authentication" button to set this up
And, when you're set up, also get the latest version of our mobile app which supports 2FA (version 2.2.0 or later)
View Two-Factor Authentication Status
You can see whether a user has enabled two-factor authentication: For internal users, you can find this in the Manage Practice page - Manage Users table. For client users, you can find it in the workspace Client Details tab - Client Users table
