We have another major release this week, with some great new features for you:
- Job Comments: A big new feature that empowers your accounting team to collaborate on work. The job comments feature includes:
- A new Job Comments tab (next to the Job tasks tab) within which your team can add comments (for each other in context of this job)
- A robust notification system where you can choose who to notify -- and this notification then reaches them via the 'bell' notification icon on top of the left menu
- "Smart default" that automatically selects the sender of the previous message to notify
- If a job has comments, we add a comment indicator to the job summary card
- Job card sort order (in Internal Workspace tabs) -- We now sort the job cards in each internal workspace with the following criteria:
- Current and Future tabs: Urgent jobs, followed by jobs sorted by due date (earliest first)
- Completed tab: job sorted by due date (latest first)
- Improvements to Client Tasks
- We introduced a new scrollbar in the Client Task drawer that will fix some issues that users were seeing with long task questions etc.
- We added visibility to the upcoming publish date for client tasks (at start of a job) set to publish to clients via the "Auto-pilot" feature
And we also have tucked in some smaller enhancements and bug fixes as usual
