We have released the latest updates to Client Hub.
Several enhancements and bug fixes for you:
- "Reply" to a particular message in Conversations: In active conversations, sometimes it isn't clear that you are replying to a message earlier in the thread. Now, you can choose a message and use the ",,," menu next to it to create a reply that quotes that original message on top. :
- Email notifications will not get sent to you for messages that you are adding to the Conversation stream. Also, when a client task is answered by an accountant (on behalf of the client), we won't create notifications
- The email notifications had a couple of images that were coming across as broken. This has been fixed.
- The turn on/off email notification setting for each workspace had a bug that impacted some users. This has been fixed
- We have also fixed a bug that now shows the user photo/avatar you choose at the bottom of the menu bar
