We have completed another release this weekend and just launched another great new feature to automate your workflow:
Create Job from Conversation Message: Now, you can click "..." beside any message in the Client Workspace - Conversation panel to create an internal Job from it. Now, when you receive a communication message from a client that you want to track and act upon later, you can create a Job that auto-populates that message -- and you can assign this job, set a due date etc. as usual with a Job. Of course, this feature is available to our Pro-level subscribers as it requires you to have Internal Worksspace and Job workflow features.
Also, just a reminder to try this set of recently delivered set of automation features for a frictionless workflow across your team and your clients
- Include Client Tasks in Jobs: Create a job that has Client Tasks as fully integrated steps in your job workflow
- Recurring Job: Set your Job to recur as needed: Choose By Week (every x weeks) or By Month (every y months)
- Autopilot in Jobs: Automatically Publish client tasks to your client a set number of days before the job start date
- Client Task Auto-Reminder: Set an optional "auto-reminder" when you create and send Client Tasks. The auto-reminder allows you to set a number of days to wait, after which clients are sent a notification every night to remind them to reply to any open client tasks.
As usual, we also made several small enhancements based on customer feedback and small bug fixes as well
