Using Client tasks is a great way to get your clients acquainted with all the features of Client Hub.
Create a Client Tasks template with the 4 tasks listed below to guide your clients through using all the features of Client Hub.
Task #1: To-do
Welcome to your workspace
Your new workspace is an easy to use, all-in-one portal where you can access everything you need to connect with our team, access files and respond to any requests we have for information. This will allow us to provide you with the best service possible.
Please take 2 minutes to review the items in the Resources section. These short documents will show you how it is to use all the valuable features of the portal.

Task #2: To-do
Start a conversation
In the Conversation panel send us a message to let us know what you think about this new portal (then mark this item as done).
Task # 3: To-do
Upload a file to the File Manager
Upload any document (W-9, bank statement, letterhead, etc...) just to get a feel for it. If you want to be daring, you can drag and drop multiple items at once.
(again, mark this items as done when completed)
Task #4: Yes/No/Not Sure
Download and install the Client Hub mobile app
Use the QR code in the left navigation or go to your Apple App or Google Play store and search ***"Client Hub"*** to download and install the app.
Once you have installed the app on your mobile device respond to this task from the app.
