Adding Resources to a Client Company Workspace

When you add resources to a client workspace you can choose between the Client Hub Library (prepopulated) or your Firm Library (resources you added).

The Client Hub Library contains "how to" articles to support the client onboarding process, helping you help your clients learn how to use their new workspace.

To add resources to the client workspace: 

  1. From the left navigation select Clients & Worspaces
  2. Select the client you want to customize
  3. In the Links panel click the Manage link in the Resources section
  4. In the Available Resources click on the resource you want to add from either the Firm or Client Hub Library
  5. Resources can be organized in the Selected Resources section by dragging and dropping to the desired order (you may need to refresh the workspace page for the reorder to take place)
