Deleting (Archiving) a Client Workspace

You can archive a client you no longer work with in Client Hub. This will remove the client from the Workspace, but information and conversation history can still be accessed. Follow these steps to archive clients from the workspace.

  1. In the My Client List section in the left navigation, select the desired client company.
  2. Click the Client Details tab
  3. Click the Archive button
  4. This will Archive the workspace,  client users will no longer be able to access.  The workspace can still be accessed by accounting staff from the Archived tab in the left navigation.
  5. If you need to restore (unarchive) this workspace, you can do this also by clicking the Edit button after selecting an archived company.
