Access Files in Client Tasks

The File Manager tab above the Conversations panel contains archived copies of all attachments received from conversations as well as client tasks for this client.

1. Click the **File Manager **tab - this gives you access to copies of all attachments from client tasks and conversations.
2. Click on the file name to download it to your local drive.
