How to use the Auto-Remind feature for Client Tasks (enable & disable)

This feature can be enabled when creating a Client Task or after the Client Task has been created and the client is not responding.

Add Auto remind to a new client task
  • In the New Client task dialog box toggle the Auto-Remind Client switch to the on position
  • Select the number of days to wait until Client Hub begins to send daily reminders
Add Auto remind to an existing client task
  • Click on the Client Task to open the details box
  • Toggle the Auto-Remind Client switch to the on position
  • Select the number of days to wait until Client Hub begins to send daily reminders
Turn off the Auto Remind feature for a client task
  • Click on the Client Task to open the details box
  • Toggle the Auto-Remind Client switch to the off position





**Note:* The daily reminders are delivered to your client in the overnight hours. The notification will contain a simple message indicating there are open tasks with a link to the workspace where they can respond to the open items.*
