- Under the **Clients **section in the left navigation, select the desired Client Workspace.
- From the client workspace click on the green **Create Client Tasks **button at the bottom of the center column.
- Click on the **_Load from Templates _**link at the top of the screen.
- Select the template to use.
- If you need to edit the text of any of the Client Tasks, you can click on them and update (this will not change the original template).
- Click the **_Send and Notify _**button to add these Client Tasks to the workspace
