The Auto Pilot feature in a Job allows you to automate the publishing of Client Tasks to the client workspace. Check out our How to Create recurring client tasks video and the step by step instructions below.

  • Click on the Internal Workspace tab
  • Click the + button at the top of the Jobs panel to create a new job
  • Set the start and end date
  • Enable the repeat option then click the Edit Rules button to set the repeating parameters.
  • In the task section, begin by choosing +Client Task to create a client task draft
  • Once you have Client tasks that kick off a job you will see the Auto Pilot switch displayed
  • Click Auto Pilot to enable the feature then select how many days prior to the job you want the Client Tasks to auto publish into the Client Workspace
  • Client Hub will auto publish all Client Tasks in a job that precede the first internal task (client tasks listed after internal tasks will not be auto published but can be manually published)
  • Once the job status is moved to Complete, the next instance is create and the New set up Client Tasks is ready for auto publishing

Note: You can reorder Tasks & Client Tasks in a Job by dragging and dropping to the desired location.
