How to create a Client Task in the Client Workspace

Client Tasks are an easy way for you to send reminders or gather information from your client to help you get your work done. When creating a Client Task, the message should be written with the type of response you are requesting in mind. For best results, make sure your message is clear and concise.

  1. Under the Clients & Workspaces section in the left navigation, select the desired Client Workspace
  2. The Left column of the Client Workspace is where **Client Tasks **are found.
  3. Click on the New Client Task Button at the bottom of the center panel.
  4. In the New Client Tasks window enter your message in the text box
  5. [optional] To attach a file to the Client Task click Select Files and select or drag and drop the file(s) to be attached.
  6. Select the type of request you would like from the client.
  7. (optional) If you are requesting a file from a client you can designate the folder you want to file to be added to.
  8. A preview of the request will be displayed in the right-hand column.
  9. click on the Send and Notify button.
